Mesa House Grand Opening – Thursday, April 23, 2026

In early November 2025, The Worker purchased a home in Mesa—a house to be transformed into a beacon of hope. It’s a place where individuals will find safety, stability, and the chance to rebuild their lives. Through our Workforce Villages Program, this home will provide rent-free housing for up to nine people at a time—offering nearly 36 individuals each year the opportunity to change the course of their future.

Over 90 days, residents save 80% of their income, build money management skills, and ultimately graduate into their own lease—and their own limitless future The home was renovated and open for clients to move in and start their new beginning at the end of January 2026.
