At St. Joseph the Worker, employment is the foundation of everything we do. We equip job seekers with resumes, job search tools, and resources that empower them to pursue opportunities independently.
While some individuals require ongoing support such as transportation, uniforms, and other essentials, many achieve stability with the initial assistance they receive and move forward without needing to return. Our goal is to provide the right level of support so each person can build a path to lasting self-sufficiency.
